Bio
Sarah is experienced in representing and advising corporations and their affiliates in the discovery aspects of complex litigation, including negotiating ESI protocol agreements, litigating disputes arising from privilege and production issues, and orchestrating large document collection and review projects. Sarah is skilled in navigating the unique challenges and circumstances associated with e-discovery, from document and metadata preservation to the use of analytics to navigate voluminous collections.
