Laura represents clients in civil litigation matters in state and federal courts primarily defending claims asserted against public entities, businesses, and their insurers, including workers’ compensation, personal injury, insurance, toxic tort, and asbestos claims. She has worked with clients in all phases of litigation including, discovery, motion practice, depositions, trial preparation, trial, and appeals.
