Gretchen F. Richards

Gretchen’s practice is concentrated in the defense of complex personal injury and property damage claims. Her experience includes the defense of corporate clients in a wide variety of personal injury and property damage claims in the areas of products liability, asbestos, toxic tort, insurance coverage, automotive, and premises liability.

Gretchen has worked with corporate clients in all phases of the litigation process including discovery, motion practice, expert workup, trial preparation, and trial. She has also defended numerous professional liability claims asserted against attorneys and, in handling these matters, has drafted and argued motions, participated in settlement conferences and mediations, deposed fact witnesses, and prepared cases for trial.
