Denise S. Abadie

As Legal Administrator, Denise works closely with Irwin Fritchie leadership to drive forward the strategic vision of the firm and leads the staff in accomplishing the goals of the firm and its clients. With more than 15 years of experience managing operations for multiple-sized law firms, Denise possesses a strong passion for strategic management and provides the firm with a wealth of knowledge and expertise in legal administration.

Denise is an experienced operations executive with an extensive background in multi-office firm operations, including the development and maintenance of financial budgets, creating and improving upon workflow procedures, and managing and overseeing a multitude of Human Resources and staffing functions.

Denise earned her Associate’s Degree in Paralegal Studies from the University of New Orleans, and her Bachelor’s Degree in Business from Ashford University. She is an active member of the National Association of Legal Administrators, and the New Orleans Chapter Association of Legal Administrators. She also dedicates her time volunteering alongside fellow chapter members at the Ronald McDonald House, as well as the Young Leadership Council of New Orleans.
