Bio
Betsy focuses her practice on the defense of companies in products liability, medical device and mass tort litigation. She has experience at every stage of the litigation process, including coordination of case-specific discovery, fact investigation, drafting of pleadings, motions, briefs, witness preparation, taking and defending depositions, settlement, and trial.
Prior to joining Irwin Fritchie, Betsy worked as an associate at a New York law firm, where she was a member of litigation teams on issues ranging from products and professional liability, false advertising, and securities litigation. Betsy draws on this experience to assess complex factual issues and develop defense strategy and themes with a view towards trial.
