Irwin Fritchie routinely serves as trial counsel in high-stakes litigation throughout Louisiana and across the country. Because we have handled all aspects of national trial work, we can adapt our approach to the specific needs of our clients. Our lawyers often serve as lead trial counsel and/or liaison counsel in multidistrict litigation proceedings and class actions.

In addition to lead counsel, we also serve as part of skilled multi-firm trial teams, and frequently prepare bellwether cases for trial. Our trial support teams assist our clients and/or trial counsel leading up to and throughout the course of the trial. These teams are experienced in all areas of trial prep, including preparing lay and expert witnesses, compiling and coordinating exhibits, and developing demonstrative evidence.
