Bio

Jourdan Curet works diligently to defend manufacturers – at both the trial and appellate levels – from product liability claims relating to consumer products, prescription drugs, and medical devices. Additionally, Jourdan prides herself on providing clients with the most cutting-edge information possible as she helps them navigate the ever-challenging landscape of mass-tort litigation and its associated trial work, including discovery, motion practice, depositions, and trial preparation.

Jourdan also has extensive experience across both the education and oil and gas sectors, including representing school boards and commercial oil and gas companies – particularly in legacy lawsuits – and general corporate breach of contract matters.

Represented various commercial oil companies in legacy litigation lawsuits, defending claims of breach of contract and tortious liability.
